Subsea Pipeline Engineer
- 8+ years experience in a subsea Pipeline Design
- Deepwater GOM experience preferable
- Extensive knowledge of API 1111 & ASMEB 31.4/B31.8
- Extensive knowledge of DnV Codes / RPs
- Extensive knowledge FEA (Abaqus)
- Extensive knowledge of pipeline routing / alignment, mechanical design, free-span analysis, expansion analysis etc Knowledge of offshore pipeline installation methods
Subsea Installation Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural or mechanical) or equivalent
- 7-10 years offshore marine experience in installation of SURF equipment: subsea pipelines, flexible riser, umbilicals PLETs, jumpers with some leadership roles
- Possess good communication, written and oral skills
- Familiarity and basic understanding of industry codes and standards
Subsea Structural Engineer
- 6 - 15 years of experience in the design of offshore and Subsea structures, including PLETs, PLEMs, Manifolds, etc. using SACS and FEA software
- Manage specific offshore design engineering scopes of work under the direction of the Project Manager, Department Manager or Principal Engineer
- Provide direction to discipline engineers and designers
- Assist the Department Manager with project planning and execution, technical report writing, performing and reviewing engineering calculations
Subsea Controls Engineer
- Subsea controls aspects of Concept, FEED and detail design
- Perform and manage subsea controls studies
- Report / Specification / SOW and Technical note writing
- Detail design of subsea control system architecture
- Specifying subsea control system
Subsea Riser Engineer
- Min. BS/MS degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or closely related fields Minimum 5+ years of professional experience on riser system design and analysis
- Proficient in at least one of the following software: Riflex, Orcaflex or Flexcom
- Good knowledge of design codes (API, DNV, BS, ASME) for steel catenary riser, flexible riser and umbilical
- Good problem solving skill and good team work attitude
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and writing
Subsea Materials Engineer
- Development of internal and external corrosion analysis and material selection assessment for subsea pipelines and equipment as well as topside piping and processing equipment
- Assist in the development of technical specifications for pipelines, piping, and piping components. The specification development involves materials, fabrication processes, equipment qualification, as well as quality audits to the manufacturing facilities
- Evaluation of technical and commercial bids for subsea and topside equipment
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Graduate studies preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred)
- Proficient understanding of engineering drawings (e.g. P&ID - Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
Pipeline FEA Engineer
- 10 to15 or more years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry
- Perform and develop FEA pipeline simulations, modeling methodology statements, and pipeline in-place analysis report deliverables
- Perform on-bottom span analysis (bottom roughness), dynamic span analysis following DNV RP-F105, and High Pressure/ High Temperature pipeline analysis according to DNV RP-F110 and SAFEBUCK
- Experience modeling subsea pipeline structures
- Assist our structural department in performing detail FEA analysis
- Summarize results for client deliverables in technical reports and presentation formats
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Maritime Systems/ Ocean engineering
- Experience in offshore operations relating to pipelines and subsea structures
- Experience and working knowledge of industry standard analysis tools including Abaqus, Ansys, and Orcaflex
