-Effectively managing activities onshore within the vessel and the team
-Managing the engineering team to effectively deliver in key projects
-Actively working to support the tender activities with knowledge of vessel operations
-Providing solutions to ensure safety in operations to satisfy the business needs
-Monitoring the performance of the team


Requirements:
-10 years + in the oil & gas industry
-Technical experience in managing vessel operations
-Proven track record in effectively managing onshore operations
-Effective communication skills
-Ability to manage, schedule and prioritize work load
