Job Location Northwest Houston
ZERO DRUG AND ALCOHOL TOLERANCE
Summary of essential job functions:- Sets up all crew changes of diving personnel
- Keeps updated files for dive personnel
- Schedules annual physicals for all divers
- Verifies that all dive personnel have current certifications
- Works directly with all dive personnel and logs any problems or questions for review by management
- Sets up all new hire interviews
- Briefs all new hires on dive department requirements
- Work with Project Managers on Dive crew manning requirements
- Works w/clerks on all barges, vacation request, address changes for all dive personnel, all clerical work for company manuals, letters,
- Works w/dispatch to arrange transportation for diving crew changes or any trucks need for equipment,
- Relieve the Houston receptionist for one hour per day
- Works with human resources (HR) when needed for any help they may need with new hires and terminations
